DORCHESTER HERALD (Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.) 06/16/1916 Marcotte, Eva (13
JUN 1916) Isadore, Marcotte
of St. Paul, son of Eli Marcotte of White Bear Lake were married
June 13, 1916 at St. John's Catholic Church, St. Paul at 9:00
a.m. The bride was
dressed in white silk with silver trimmings and carried a bouquet
of white and red roses. Miss Sadie
Marcotte, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid, and B. Ramacker
as best man. At the conclusion
of the ceremony the newly married couple left for Dorchester, Clark
County, Wis., where a wedding reception was tendered them by his
parents. The groom is well
known in this community and for the past two years has been a
street car conductor at St. Paul . The bride, though
not known in this community has already made a host of friends and
it seems is happy to retain the name she has always carried. The young couple
leaves tomorrow for St. Paul, where the groom has a house in
readiness to receive his bride. The
congratulations on the happy event are numerous and the Herald is
greatly pleased to add its good wishes to those already
extended. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
