Grosnick, Eunice (Marriage - 8 June 1932)
A very pretty wedding took place at the home of Rev. Longenecker on Wednesday, June 8, at 2:30 p.m., when Miss Eunice Grosnick, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Grosnick of Neillsville, became the bride of Mr. Rex. Krejci, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Krejci of the town of York. The bride was dressed in long veil in cap effect and carried a bouquet of white peonies and yellow roses.
Her sister, Miss Irene Grosnick, was bridesmaid and wore a dress of peach colored georgette crepe and carried pink peonies and ferns. The groom was dressed in dark brown and was attended by his cousin, Mr. Clifford Parrett, who was dressed in navy blue. After the ceremony, they returned to the bride’s home where a 5 o’clock dinner was served to the near relatives.
In the evening a shower and free wedding dance was held at Barton’s barn, which was largely attended.
