Remarks: Elizabeth Leonard had been an inmate at this institution for 2 years. She came from Stillman Valley.

I recently found this information from Winnebago County Illinois (I do not believe Elizabeth was born in Stillman Co. Ill.)

Elizabeth Leonard - age 73 - born 1834 in Stillman Valley, Illinois (which is not far from Rockford) was admitted to County Hospital 4 September 1905. She died 4 April 1907 from Apoplexy.
