Grimm, Anna (14 MAR 1895 - 25 JUN 1984)

Chili, Clark County, Wis. - Miss Anna Grimm, 89, a resident of Neillsville Memorial Home, formerly of Route 1, Chili, died at 4 p.m. Monday at the Home.

Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Chili. The Rev. Calvin Carey will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, and Thursday until noon at Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton, and then at the church until service time.

She was born March 14, 1895 in Oswego, Ill., a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Anton (Marie Nebel) Grimm. As an infant, she moved with her parents to a farm in the town of Fremont, Clark County. She received her education in District 4 Public School. After her education she worked on the home farm, known as Hillcrest Farm, on Route 1, Chili.

She was a lifelong member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years, and the Ladies Aid Society.

She was predeceased by her parents, and a brother, Albert.
