Provinski, Anna (22 Apr 1858 - 24 Augl 1947)

Colby, Wis. - Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby for Mrs. Anna Provinski, 89, a former resident of Colby, who died Sunday afternoon at the home of her daughter in Madison. The body was brought to the Lulloff Funeral Home from Madison. The Rev. F. J. Smith, pastor of the Methodist Church in Colby, officiated at the services and at the rites at the Colby Cemetery.

Mrs. Provinski, nee Aderhold, was born at Plymouth, April 22, 1858, and was married to John Provinski, Nov. 13, 1881. He preceded her in death 32 years ago.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Theodore Thomson, Minneapolis, Minn.; Mrs. Gust Brehm, Colby; Mrs. James Luster, Madison; and Mrs. George Bowden, Chicago; two sons, William, Oakland, Calif., and Joseph, Colby. Also surviving are one sister, Mrs. Emma Hoffman, Waldo; three brothers, Charles Aderhold of Colby, William of Plymouth and Emil of Neenah; and nine grandchildren.
