Albert Kohler, 68, of Granton died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004, at Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville.

A memorial service for Kohler will be held in Glen Elleyn, Ill. Gesche Funeral Home is assisting Kohler's family with local arrangements.

Albert A. Kohler

GRANTON -Albert Adolph Kohler, 68, of Granton died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004, in the Emergency Room of Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville.

A memorial service will be held in Glen Ellyn, Ill. Gesche Funeral Home is assisting the family with the local arrangements.

He was born Oct. 23, 1936, in Holland, Mich., to Carl Edward and Esther Louise (Noffke) Kohler. He married Sharon Jehnke on June 7, 1958, in Glen Ellyn. Albert worked for 36 years at the Perfection Heat Treating Co. in Glen Ellyn. They moved to Granton on June 16, 2001.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Kohler; son, Roger (Chris) Kohler, Boyd; three daughters, Julie (Leroy) Drost, Aurora, Ill., Barbara (Dave) Kowal, Mountain View, Mo., and Sheryl (Omar) Young, Elgin, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren. He is further survived by four brothers and eight sisters.
