Rohloff, Esther (26 Sep 1928)
A pretty wedding took place last Wednesday, September 26th, 1928 at the Rohloff home when Miss Esther Rohloff, daughter of Mrs. Alvintina Rohloff and William Schultz were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. H. F. Leschensky, pastor of the local Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church.
The young couple were attended by Edna Schultz, sister of the groom, and Edward Rohloff, brother of the bride. The bride was attired in Maroon Charmeuse Satin and the bridesmaid wore pink flat crepe. A beautiful bouquet of yellow and white roses was carried by the bride.
Following the ceremony a wedding supper was served to immediate relatives. The house was decorated elaborately in yellow and white.
The bride spent her childhood days and up to the time of her marriage at the Rohloff farm home in the town of Unity. She is an unassuming young lady, a lover of home life, and a capable helpmate to the man of her choice. The groom is the son of Mrs. Martha Schultz of Spencer, Wis. He is a thrifty and industrious young man of temperate habits and with the aid of his wife will probably soon acquire a farm home which they can call their own.
At the present Mr. and Mrs. Schultz are living on the Andrew Olsen farm in the town of unity.
The Tribune extends Congratulations and best wishes to the newly weds.
