The truck looks like a 1935 Ford Pickup. Compare the lights, Ford insignia just behind the front light on the hood, vertical openings in the hood, flaired fenders front and rear, rear view mirror on the drivers door, grill, bumper, hood ornament which is a long low chrome piece going back toward the front window and is under his elbow, spare tire on the right side behind the door. There is a picture of a restored model at the attachment.
