CLARION (Dorchester, Clark Co, WI) 11/07/1924 Miller, Margaret
(30 OCT 1924) Miss Margaret
Miller, oldest daughter of Mrs. C. W. Plockelman, was united in
marriage to Edward Oelke of the town of Little Black, Taylor Co.,
Thursday, Oct. 30th, 1924, at the St. Peter's Parsonage at 2 p.m.,
Rev. V. M. Keiper officiating and Miss Irene Plockelman and Henry
Oelke acting as attendants. The bride was
daintily attired in white silk with wreath and veil and carried a
bouquet of ferns and carnations. The bridesmaid wore white satin
and carried a bouquet of ferns and carnations. The groom and his
attendant wore dark blue suits, pencil striped. The bridal party
motored to Medford after the ceremony and had their pictures taken
at the Dake Studio, then back to the C. W. Plockelman home where a
sumptuous wedding dinner was served to the bridal party and the
following guests: Irvin Plockelman and family, Henry Gipp and
family, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Plockelman, and Mr. and Mrs. August Oelke
and daughter Irene. In the evening a
large crown of friends gathered at Esser's Hall for the wedding
dance and spent a most delightful evening. Sunday morning Mr.
and Mrs. Oelke left in their Coupe for a visit at Baraboo and
Columbus, and upon their return will be at their farm home east of
the Rhymer Cheese Factory. We join in wishing
them abundant joy and success in their journey through life
together. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
