Snyder, Grace (15 FEB 1926)

The marriage of Miss Grace Snyder and Nicholas Engel was solemnized by Rev. Wm. Reding of the S. S. Peter and Paul Church at Wis. Rapids, at 8:30, Monday, Feb. 15th, 1926.

They were attended by Miss Margaret Engel and Mr. Alfred Mertens.

After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Snyder, and the happy couple left that afternoon for Colby enroute to Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.

Tuesday evening a shower was given for them at the home of the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Engel, and many beautiful gifts were received.

The same evening a large crowd of young folks charviaried them and afterwards enjoyed at dance at the Engel home. They say plenty of rice was served.
