Koslo, Sophie Cecilia (14 April 1911 - 25 Jan. 2005)

THORP -Sophie C. Koslo, 93, of Thorp died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at Oakbrook Health and Rehabilitation in Thorp.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church with burial in New St. Hedwig's Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. with a rosary service at 9:30 a.m., until service time Saturday at the church.

Thorp Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Sophie C. Koslo

THORP - Sophie Cecilia Koslo, 93, of Thorp died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at Oakbrook Health and Rehabilitation in Thorp.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Thorp. Burial will follow in New St. Hedwig's Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Thorp Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

She was born April 14, 1911, in the town of Withee to Valentine and Catherine (Pietras) Dobrzynski. She married Wallace Koslo in 1931 in Thorp and he preceded her in death. She had been employed as a sales associate by Gimbels Department Store in Milwaukee.

Surviving are two sons, Harold (Judy) Koslo, Germantown, and Wallace (Carol) Koslo, Chetek; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
