A family reunion was held at the home of Mrs. Mary Haas of this city Sunday, 32 relatives being present. The occasion was made especially happy by the presence of a daughters, Sister M. Laurine of Spokane, Wash. This was Sister Laurine’s fist visit to the parental home in 23 years. She was accompanied by Sister M. Miriam, also of Spokane. They returned to LaCrosse Sunday afternoon to remain a few days at their convent home before returning to Spokane.

Those present were Mrs. Mary Haas of this city, Sister M. Laurine and Sister M. Miriam of Spokane, Wash., Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Bieneck and three children, Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Haas and two children, Mr. Joe Haas and Olga Botnen, Mr. and Mrs. Jake Haas, all of this city; Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Wheeler and son of St. Paul; Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Johannsen of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Haas and two sons of Withee; Mr. A. N. Haas and four children of Jefferson, Wis. A few immediate friends of the family were also present.
