The marriage of Miss Cecelia M. Borkouski of Montello to Neuman J. (Whitey) Root, 209 East First St., was solemnized at 7:30 a.m. Saturday in St. John’s Catholic church at Montello by the Rev. G. Kosterman.
The couple was attended by John Borkouski, brother of the bride, and Miss Rose Loufer of Milwaukee.
Navy blue crepe with hat to match was worn by the bride and she carried a bouquet of Columbia roses and ferns. Miss Loufer was dressed in brown crepe and wore a hat of corresponding shade.
Following the ceremony a breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. Kraftjeck, for relatives and friends from Fond du Lac, Princeton, Montello and vicinity.
The couple will reside in this city, Mr. Root, a son of Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Root, has been employed as Ri???? Cemetery for the last 14 years. -- The Fond du Lac Commonwealth.
