WALTER JINGLE, SR. (1908* - 1988) * Could be off.

Walter Jingle, Sr. age 80 died Monday March 21, 1988, in the Black River Memorial Hospital. Survivors are his wife, Rose; two sons, Walter Jr. and Richard of Merrillan; three daughters, Darlene (Donald) Ariel, Chicago, Peggy (LeRoy) Johnson, Oak Lawn, IL, and Rosemarie Jingle, Round Lake, IL; three sisters, Mary Zabukowek, AZ; Rose Ailara, St. Charles, MO and Josephine Wodarczyk, Oak Lawn, IL; 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held at the United Methodist Church at Merrillan, on Thursday, March 24th, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Lois Buchholz officiating. Casket bearers were six grandsons, Jim and Bob Ariel, LeRoy Jr., Dale, Jeffrey, and Terry Johnson. Honorary Casket bearer was Joe Pasek. Burial was made in Oakwood Cemetery at Merrillan. Funeral arrangements were made by Jensen Funeral Home of Hixton, WI.
