N. C. Foster has been confined to the house the past few days by illness.

Mrs. Ella Raether, of Humbird, is staying at the home of her brother Geo. Staves helping care for those who are sick with the measles.

Born, to Mr. and Mrs. Will Rosolack, a daughter May 28.

Mrs. W. S. Fryer called on Mr. Moore’s folks Thursday, who are all quite sick with the measles.

John Elger’s little daughter Mattie, who has been quite sick, is convalescing.

Albert Howe and son Ray have secured employment at Oshkosh and the family May move there.

H. A. Sparkes and son have been painting Mrs. Benish’s house in the town of Cleveland.

A goodly umber of Aug. Zerbel’s relatives and friends gathered at his home on the farm. Wednesday to help him celebrate his 60th birthday. The party surprised him and all will remember it as a pleasant occasion. ----Source: Humbird Enterprise Date: 6-25-1910

Dr. Breakey returned to his home at Alma Center Thursday from the hospital at Eau Claire, where he was operated on two weeks ago for appendicitis.

Joseph Urbain, who is a pathmaster in the northern part of the town, was in the village Monday on business. He stated that Fire hand run through some of the country and that more would be burned over unless a heavy rain came soon.

Ray Howe returned home from Oshkosh Tuesday morning, being on the sick list.

Alex Babler, of Milwaukee, has been making a visit with his foster parents John Babler and wife.

Clyde Barr has returned from Texas where he has been in the employ of J. W. Babler for the past three years.

Dr. V. M. Connelly, of Minneapolis, was here on Monday operating on a number of horses. He was brought here through the influence of H. C. Maxon.
