KENOSHA - George T. Walter, 99, formerly of Clark County, late of Kenosha, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005, at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie.
Private services are being conducted.
Bruch Funeral Home of Kenosha is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born March 16, 1905, in Greenwood, he was the son of Richard and Clara (Renzelman) Walter. He moved to Kenosha in 1942, and was employed for 22 years in the maintenance department at American Motors Corp., retiring in 1965. On June 6, 1946, he was united in marriage to Clara Wilging in Kenosha. She preceded him in death on April 30, 2004.
Surviving are a son, Lyle Walter, Kenosha; a daughter, Jeanette Schmitz, Milwaukee; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
