Krause, Lila (9 SEP 1921 - 11 Mar 1927)

Little Lila Krause, who was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital at Marshfield following her serious adventure in replenishing a fire with kerosene, died from her injuries last Friday afternoon.

Funeral services were held from the Little White Church Monday afternoon, Rev. F. P. Walter officiating, and interment was made in the cemetery south of the village (Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.)

Lila Isabelle, second oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Krause, was born at the farm northeast of the village on Sept. 9th, 1921, being 5 years, 5 months and 20 days old at the time of death. Her name had been entered on the Cracle Roll of the Evangelical Salem Sunday School and last fall began school in the Draper School.

She leaves to mourn her early death, her parents, 3 sisters and a large number of other relatives. A brother preceded her in death.

We join with the host of friends in extending sympathy tot he bereaved relatives.
