Trampush, Frank (Nov 1878 - 12 Feb 1962)

Greenwood, Clark County, Wis. - Frank Trampush, 83, Greenwood, was found dead in his small trailer home Monday morning by a son, Frank Jr.

Clark County Coroner Robert Lulloff and Sheriff Ray Kutsche investigated the death. They said Trampush apparently suffered a heart attack sometime Sunday afternoon.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. The Rev. Edward Hartung will officiate and burial will be made in the church cemetery.

The body will repose at the Hill Funeral Home beginning Wednesday afternoon. A general rosary service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Mr. Trampush was born in November of 1878 in Yugoslavia and was married there. The couple came to the United States a year after tehri marriage and settled in Waukegan, Ill. In 1911 they came to Greenwood and farmed in the area until 1950, when he retired. Mrs. Trampush died in January of 1950.

Mr. Trampush is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Nartinnich, Mrs. Otto (Stephanie) Kennert, Miss Julia Trampush and Miss Regina Trampush, Chicago, Miss Ann Trampush, Minneapolis, and Miss Josephine Trampush, El Paso, Texas; three sons, John, Milwaukee, Frank Jr., Greenwood, and Henry, Loyal; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, a son, Mike, and a daughter, Francis, preceded him in death.

Mr. Trampush was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
