Stange, Frank C. (4 Apr 1894 - 26 JUN 1961)
Loyal, Clark County, Wis. - Frank C. Stange, 66, of route 1, Loyal, died at 3:15 o'clock this morning at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. V. A. Ganz officiating. Burial will be made in the Loyal Cemetery where American Legion Post No. 175 of Loyal will conduct military graveside rites.
Friends May call at the Myre Funeral Home from Friday morning until noon Saturday, when the body will be taken to the Church.
Mr. Stange was born April 4, 1894, in Loyal township, and lived all his life on the family farm there. He served as treasurer of the Dodgeville school board for 14 years. He was a veteran of World War I, a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and the American Legion Post No. 175. His marriage to the former Bertha Lieske took place in Loyal township Nov. 18, 1920. His wife survives him.
Other survivors are two sons, Herman, Neenah, and Frank K. Kenosha; a brother, Arno, Stevens Point; two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Frieda) Thrun, Comstock, and Mrs. Herman (Ruth) Lieske, Loyal; and four grandchildren.
