CLASS OF 1958 HOLDS REUNION

The Neillsville High School Class of 1958 held its 45th reunion August 30, 2003 at Fannie's Supper Club with 47 in attendance. Thirty-two of those present were class members. A tour of the Neillsville Public School was held Saturday afternoon with John Gaier acting as tour guide. The class of 1958 was the first freshman class to attend the new high school in 1954.

Tom Overman (class president) acted as Master of Ceremonies and was assisted by William "Bill" Biggs. Mary Jean (Mabie) Kroll gave the invocation. A moment of silence was observed for deceased class members: Edna (Lindner) Huth, Edgar Bertrang, Philip Thompson, and Nancy (Yenni) Wendt. The floral table decorations were created by Marge (Hainz) Becker and were later given as door prizes.

Plans will soon be underway for the 50th Reunion of the class in 2008.
