Cartwright, Esther I. (14 May 1914 - 7 March 2005)
SPENCER -Esther I. Cartwright, 90, of rural Spencer, died Monday, March 7, 2005, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2005, at Faith Lutheran Church in Marshfield. The Rev. Peter Muschinske will officiate.
Burial will be in West Spencer Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Karl, Brandon Karl, Dave Aldrich, Robert Redig, Richard Redig and Dennis Redig.
Friends May call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Community Funeral Home in Spencer and from noon to service time Thursday at the church in Marshfield.
She was born May 14, 1914, to Henry and Minnie (Yaeger) Facklam. She married Emil Cartwright on June 24, 1944. He predeceased her on Sept. 1, 1976. She was a homemaker who liked canning, her garden and flowers, the farm and wild animals, and in later years, bingo.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Marshfield.
Esther is survived by her two sons, Harvey and Albert Cartwright, both of Spencer; four nieces, Donna (Willard) Immerfall, Nola Lee, Sandy (Dave) Aldrich and Dixie (John) Karl; and her great-nieces and great-nephews.
