Chesterman, J. W. (29 Jul 1838 - 4 Dec 1928)
J. W. Chesterman, one of Loyal’s Civil War Veterans, who celebrated his 90th birthday last July 29th, passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. M. Philpart on Tuesday evening, Dec. 4, 1928. Mr. Chesterman has been a resident of Loyal and Vicinity for nearly half a century.
Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon at the M. E. Church here at 2 o’clock.
