Irene Marian Dulek, 69, of Bermuda Dunes died Feb. 2, 2004, in Indio of natural causes.
She was born Oct. 27, 1934, to Anton and Gertrude Ciokiewicz in Withee, Wis.
She married Wilbur J. Dulek on Jan. 3, 1953, in Owen, Wis.
She was an administrative assistant with the U.S. government for 26 years.
She is survived by her husband, Wilbur J. of Bermuda Dunes; two daughters, Debra of Kenai, Alaska, and Linda of Simi Valley; two sons, Gerald of Thousand Oaks and Thomas of Simi Valley; two sisters, Dorothy of Columbus, Ohio, and Marie of Owen, Wis.; two brothers, Alfred of Sun City, Ariz., and Lawrence of Merrill, Wis.; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, with a rosary from 4 to 5 p.m. at Wiefels & Son Funeral Directors in Palm Springs.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Palm Desert.
Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery with Wiefels & Son Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
The family suggests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
