OWEN - Hazel Ida Lutz, 86, of Owen, died on Saturday, May 29, 2004, at Clark County Health Care Center, Owen. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Maurina Funeral Home, Owen. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Withee.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
