CHERYL L. LAGAISSE (9 May 1946 - 7 May 2002)

Cherly L LaGaisse, age 55 of Humbird, died on Tuesday May 7, 2002, in the Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse.
She was born May 9, 1946, in Belvidere, IL, the daughter of Grant O. and Gladys M (Cole) Snyder. She was raised in Belvidere and graduated from Belvidere High School in 1964.
On Nov. 7, 1969, she married LaVerne C. LaGaisse in Belvidere. The couple moved to rural Humbird in March 1975.
Cheryl worked as a coordinator for the Clark County Nutrition Program for approximately 10 years. She drove school bus for the Alma center School District for 13 years. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Neillsville.
Surviving Cheryl is her husband LaVerne; three daughters, Renee of Big Falls, Shannon (Timothy) Allhands of Clintonville, and Carmen of Black River Falls; six grandchildren, Jessica (Fumelle) Aebie, Jason Anderson, Nicole and Joshua Fumelle, Curtis LaGaisse, and Christian Bible; one great grandchild, Laura Fumelle; two brothers, Rodney Snyder and family and Michael Snyder and family.
Memorial funeral services for Cheryl were Saturday May 11, at Torgerson’s Funeral Home in Black River Falls. Mr. Vince Canfield officiated.
