WEST BEAVER
While the Ladies were very busy at the church Thursday, excitement ran high for a little while, above the noise of the auctioneer and bidders, a peculiar noise was heard, then the shout came "areoplane," and of course the sale immediately stopped and every one ran to see the bird like machine, which was flying in a southeast direction. It was the first sight we had of an areoplane.
