In my research of the Blecha family I have the following notes for a William H Kubat and wonder if this is one of the creamery's he worked at? Cheesemaker, operated a creamery in southern WI for 17 years after their marriage. Then farmed in the Town of York for 28 years, and Greenwood for 2 years. The Humbird Enterprise, local news, 13. February 1909. We are sorry to state that W. H. Kubat has resigned his position in the creamery here. Mr. Kubat has been with the creamery since its start four years ago and has given universal satisfaction. The Humbrid Enterprise, local news, 13. March, 1909. W. H. Kubat has secured a position in a creamery five miles from Cottage Grove and writes to have his paper changed to that address. Mr. Kubat states that the creamery is considerable larger then the one here, that it is located in fine country, and that he likes the job. Here's wishing him success. The Humbrid Enterprise, local news, 15. March, 1910. W. H. Kubat and wife were visitors one evening lately. He has just moved from Cottage Grove to Eagle, in Waukesha county, where he has accepted a position with the Jericho Creamery Co. at a good advance in salary. Mr. Kubat began work with the new firm on the first of the month. His many friends here will be pleased to hear of his good fortune.
