McHone, Elmer F. (17 Apr 1927 - 7 Mar 1959)

Granton, Clark County, Wis. - Elmer Forrest McHone, 31, 288 Front Ave., St. Paul, Minn., died Saturday morning of a heart condition at Mercy Hospital at Janesville, where he had been employed the past five months.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Gilbertson Funeral Home at Granton with the Rev. Virgil Holmes, pastor of the Neillsville Methodist Church, officiating.

The body will repose at the Gilbertson Funeral home beginning this evening.

Mr. McHone was born April 17, 1927, in the town of Fremont, Clark County. He received his education at Fremont and Price County schools. He married the former Violet Johnson June 2, 1929, at Crystal Falls, Mich.

The survivors include his wife, one son, Pheron, 9, one sister, Mrs. Howard (Jennie) Drake, Poynette; one brother, Clarence McHone, Janesville; and his mother, Mrs. Dora McHone, Poynette.

His father and one brother preceded him in death.
