Erickson, Erick R. (11 Jul 1846 - 17 Mar 1903)
Erick R. Erickson, an old resident of Stetsonville and its present postmaster, passed away at his home Tuesday night, after a brief struggle with double pneumonia. The funeral will be held tomorrow by the Masons, of which order he is a member. He will be taken to Medford for burial. He leaves a wife and seven children to mourn his loss.
The deceased was born in Norway July 11, 1846 and came to this country while quite young. About twenty-five years ago he was married at Medford to Anna Lauritzen and their union has been blessed by five sons and two daughters. He was well known in this neighborhood (Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.) and was highly respected by all.
