1903) The wedding of
Miss Emma Kenny, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. Premeau of
Stetsonville, to Edwin R. Ruhmer of this place (Dorchester, Clark
County, Wis.), took place Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock,
at the parsonage of the St. Louis Catholic Church, the Rev. Father
A. Birsner officiating. The bride was gowned in an exquisite
creation of white silk mull and lace. Her maid of honor, Miss Medie
Kenney, wore blues silk mull trimmed with lace. The groom was
attended by Joseph Schober. After the wedding services a dinner was
served and reception was held at the home of the bride’s
parents, and in the evening a dance was given their many friends at
G. N. Schultz’s hall. The young couple is well known here and
start on the matrimonial sea with the hearty congratulations of
