DIED
Cramer-- at her home, in the town of Hull, Thursday, Sept. 30th, 1888, wife of Lorenzo L. Cramer, in the 53rd year of her age.
Wealtha A. Chesley, was born in Oneida County, N.Y., Dec. 19th, 1836. April 8, 1863, she was married to Lorenzo L. Cramer, at Gouveneur, St. Lawrence county, N.Y. She came with her husband to Wisconsin in Nov., 1868 and settled in Portage county. April 18th, 1874, they moved on to the homestead in the town of Hull, about 3 ½ miles northeast of the village, where she has since resided, with the exception of about two and one-half years that they resided in the village. Mrs. Cramer was an old settler and last year took a great interest in their meeting. This year she lived less than half the day, having died about eleven o'clock in the forenoon. All who became acquainted with Mrs. Cramer found, in her, a lady of kind-gentle disposition, generous to a fault. To know her was to love her. She was a mother of two children, Alfred L. and Jennie A., both of whom are living and, with the bereaved husband mourn the loss of a kind and indulgent mother and a true and affectionate wife. The bereaved family have the heartfelt sympathy of a wide circle of friends and acquaintances
