Circum-rotary, that is what we saw down at N. P. Peterson's, Sunday afternoon, tied to a fence post, and trying to get away, Mr. Peterson calls in a windmill, it is of his own invention, and when perfected will be a fine machine. As Mr. P. May intend getting a patent on the machine, we refrain from giving any description at present.
