Bokath, Lori J. (6 Sept. 1966 - 9 April 2005)

Lori J. Bokath, 38, of Owen, formerly of Medford, died at 11:30 p.m. April 9, 2005, at Clark County Health Care Center in Owen.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Whittlesey. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Hemer Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the church.

She was born Sept. 6, 1966, to Ronald and Cynthia (Piller) Gengler of Medford. She married Scott Bokath on Oct. 17, 1992, at Trinity Lutheran Church. She worked for the Medford Co-op Sports Page in Medford and was a certified nursing assistant at Colonial Manor in Wausau and Memorial Nursing Home in Medford until ill health forced her retirement in 2000.

Survivors include her husband, Scott Bokath of Medford; two sons, Dustin Bokath, 8, and Dakota Bokath, 5; one sister, Sheila (Leon) Westphal of Little Chicago; her father, Ronald (Sharon Metz) Gengler of Medford; and grandmother, Melva Gengler of Medford.
