Clark Co., WI) 05/17/1929 Lueddecke, Helen (1 OCT 1914 - 8 May 1929) Helen, the
14-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Lueddecke, who passed away
last Wednesday at the Chippewa Falls Hospital, was laid to rest
Saturday afternoon from the Evangelical Peace Church, Rev. Bizer
officiating, Helen Mueller, Evelyn Schmidt, Anna Tischendorf, Erma
Hoene, Eleanor Gumz, Martha Blaisdell, Helen Umlauft and Mabel
Lueddecke acting as flower girls and Irvine Umlauft, Harold and
Clarence Kalepp, Frank Tischendorf, Eugene Pope and Lawrence Sauter
acting as pallbearers. Helen was born at
their home near town (Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.), Oct. 1,
1914, and was 14 years, 7 months and 7 days of age when she passed
away. She went to school here and in the country school and made
many friends in both schools, who felt keenly her death. Helen was
a bright happy girl, a joy to her parents and grandparents and a
friends to all who knew her. She has just slipped away across the
river, where she will always be blithe and gay and where
earth’s sorrows are sins cannot reach her. She leaves to
mourn her loss, her grief stricken parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm.
Lueddecke, two sisters, Alice and Gertrude and one brother, Donald,
besides her grandparents and a host of relatives. A host of friends
join us in offering sincere sympathy to these dear mourning
ones. The out of town
relatives here for the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Lueddecke of
Medford, Mrs. Otto Plockelman and Mr. Otto Schrader of Park Falls,
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shanklin and family of Scandinavia, Mr. and
Mrs. Rudolph Blaisdell and family of Stetsonville, and Mr. and Mrs.
Reinhold Schaefer of Milan. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
