JANESVILLE - Harold E. Jensen, 89, of Janesville., died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at Mercy Hospital. He was born in Dorchester, WI, on Sept. 24, 1915, the son of Fred and Amanda (Haeuser) Jensen. He married Elfie Baker in 1939 in Dubuque, IA, and she preceded him in death on Dec. 14, 1974. Harold owned the Jensen Caf’ and retired in 1957. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.

He is survived by his son, Frederick (Jean) Jensen of Milton; daughter, Peg (Ken Conner) Murray of Janesville; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and brother, Maurice Jensen.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2005, at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Bruce Jones officiating.

Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends May call on Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME.
