Miss Rose Ploman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Ploman of Marinette, and Paul Dietsche, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Dietsche of the town of Sherman, were united in marriage Wednesday afternoon, July 2, 1930, at 2 o’clock at St Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Rev. W. J. Ferne officiating. Mrs. Ferne played the "Bridal Chorus."

The bride was attired in a gown of white satin, with veil held in place by a head band and carried a bridal bouquet. She was attended by her sister Miss Selma Ploman, as maid of honor, who wore peach georgette and Miss Marian Dietsche, sister of the groom as bridesmaid, who wore pink flat crepe.

The groom was attended by his brother Alphons, and Edward Ploman brother of the bride. All wore navy blue suits.

About 40 guests were served at a wedding supper at the home of the groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Dietsche.
