Drake, Hazel (Marriage - 21 Oct. 1933)
Miss Hazel Drake, Oak Park, Ill., and Charles Albert Thompson, Chicago were united in holy matrimony Saturday, Oct. 21, at Oak Park, Ill. The bride, who is unknown here is a lady of fine ideals and is highly respected by all who know her. She has been employed as librarian for the Western Electric. Co., Chicago, for a number of years. Mr. Thompson, the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Thompson, of the town of Work has spent the past 15 years in Chicago, following the carpenter trade. He is active in both Union and lodge work and enjoys a wide circle of friends both here and in Chicago.
A reception was given for the newly weds at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Shuenson, Oak Park, uncle and aunt of the groom; and close friends of the bride, on Saturday the 28th. Everyone joins in wishing them life long happiness together.
