Albrecht, Arthur A. (16 Jan 1898 - 14 Jan 1961)
Colby, Clark Co., Wis. - Arthur A. Albrecht, 62, died of a heart ailment Saturday at 6 p.m. at his home in the town of Holton, Marathon Co.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church at Dorchester, the Rev. F. H. Sprengler will officiate and burial will be made in Dorchester Memorial Cemetery.
The body is reposing at the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby.
Mr. Albrecht was born in dodge Co. Jan. 16, 1898. He received his education in the Watertown area. After his marriage at Stratford to the former Erna Spindler on Nov. 1, 1927, he operated the Cloverleaf cheese factory in the town of Emmett, Marathon Co., for 18 years. From 1945 to 1948, he ran a cheese factory at Granton, Clark Co. and later at the Holton cheese factory. He was a member of the Central Wis. Cheesemakers Association.
Surviviors include his wife; a son, Donald, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Jerme (Betty) Radlinger, Dorchester; three sisters, Mrs. Milan Andrich, Milwaukee, Mrs. Theodore Bartz, Stratford, and Mrs. Herman Metzke, Greenwood; two brothers, George Albrecht, Stratford and Edwin Albrecht, Milwaukee; and one grandchild.
