Krause, Albert (19 Dec. 1863 - 20 April 1934)
Albert Krause, an old settler of the town of Grant, died at the Marshfield Hospital Friday, April 20, 1934, from heart trouble and pneumonia.
Mr. Krause was born in Germany Dec. 19, 1863. He came here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Krause when he was 8 years old and has lived on the old farm in Grant until his mother’s death which was about 5 years ago. He has been living with his sisters, Mrs. Gust Marg at Lynn since his mother’s death.
He leaves to mourn his death one sister, Mrs. Gust Marg of Lynn, 3 brothers, Herman of Lynn, August of Washburn and John of Grant.
The funeral was held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gust Marg with the Rev. Dawson of Nasonville officiating. Interment took place at the Windfall Cemetery in Grant. Pallbearers were Martin, Irvin and Felix Krause, Leonard and Jeff Schulz and Elmer Marg.
