Keller, Olive Isabelle (6 Oct. 1869 - 11 May 1934)

Mrs. W. E. Keller, mother of Mrs. Erwin Moldenhauer of this city, died at her home in Yipsilanti, Mich., at 1:40 a.m. May 11, aged 64 years. Mrs. Keller, nee Olive Isabelle Taylor, was born Oct. 6, 1869 in Jefferson County and came to Clark County with her parents when a small child.

Mrs. Taylor was married March 22, 1887 to W. E. Keller at Neillsville. In 1903 they moved to Missouri and lived there until 1929 when they moved to Michigan.

Surviving besides her husband are the following children: Doris, Mrs. H. Bates, St. Louis; Lizzie, Mrs. Albert Gray; Lillie, Mrs. Erwin Moldenhauer, Neillsville; Ethel, Mrs. Herman Heinrich, Wausau; Robert, Edgar and Arthur, Yipsilanti; John and Kate at home, Eunice, Mrs. Madden Duty; Bessie, died in 1910; Iceline, Mrs. L. R. Louis of Rolla, Mo. A brother, David Taylor, Neillsville, and 25 grandchildren also survive.

Mrs. Keller was a member of the Presbyterian Church and a faithful worker in its affairs. She is remembered here as a home-loving person who found her greatest enjoyment in administering to the welfare of her family.

The funeral was held May 14 from the Stevens and Bush Funeral Home at Yipsilanti at 10 a.m., Rev. David Porter conducting the services. Pallbearers were the Messrs. Axelson, Shephard, Hammiwick, Gibby, Simpson, Arch. Mrs. Moldenhauer of this city and Mrs. A. Gray attended the services. Mrs. Moldenhauer who left here Saturday morning is expected to return Thursday or Friday.
