Hewett (Mrs. H. Collins)

June Arndt spent Sunday with Ruth Harris.

Mr. and Mrs. C. Harris spent Sunday at the Wm. Lowery home at Granton.

Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Spencer and Dona spent Sunday afternoon at H. Albrecht’s.

Mr. and Mrs. B. Leonhard and children spent Sunday eve with his aunt and family, Mr. and Mrs. Newhouse north of Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Pete Miller entertained some of their friends and neighbors at a dancing party last Wednesday night. A fine time was enjoyed.

The CWA work began Friday with Paul Kellar as foreman, Ray Arndt timekeeper and part of a new crew.

Ben Hart and daughter Laurel and Bob and Jesse Collins called Friday afternoon at Frank Hnetovsky’s.

John Durst called on B. Lenard on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. R. Albrecht were dinner guests at this parents Sunday. In the afternoon they were at the Collins home.

Miss Verna Ehlert is at her uncle’s at Thorp.

Miss Velma Ehlert is at Milwaukee working for Mr. and Mrs. W. Biggs.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Miller and children Norma and Shirley were at Chippewa Falls over the weekend.

--Found - Truck license 42-193A; also the white plate. Clarence Collins.
