Buss, LeRoy E. (14 Oct. 1939 - 13 Nov. 2004)

LeRoy E. Buss, 65, of 604 Harding Street, Chippewa Falls, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004, at Luther Hospital, Eau Claire.

He was born Oct. 14, 1939, in Owen-Withee, the son of Elmer and Tillie (Isler) Buss.

LeRoy married Patricia Stangret on Oct. 28, 1961, in Stanley.

He was a member of Holy Ghost Church.

He is survived by: three sons, Bruce (Terra) of New Auburn, and Terry and Larry (Kim), both of Chippewa Falls; one daughter, Michelle (Bill) Miller of Bloomer; his mother, Tillie Buss; five brothers, Ed (Carol) of Chicago, Gary (Martha) of Williston, Fla., Jerry (Marge) of Rockton, Ill., Dennis (special friend Kim) of Cadott and David Buss of Thorp; five sisters, Marge (Jerry) Cervan of Stillwater, Minn., Evelyn Wolfe of Vancouver, Wash., Betty (Bruce) Schroeder of Poynette, Beverly Buss of Plymouth, and Joan (Woody) Carver of Tacoma, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Patricia; and his father, Elmer Buss. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, Nov. 17 at Holy Ghost Church, Chippewa Falls. Rev. Edmund Doerre will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Interment will be in Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie.

Friends May call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16 at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. There will be a Christian Vigil Service at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
