Ernest B. McIntyre, a life long resident of Neillsville, passed away early Sunday morning, **Aug. 26. He came home from his work at the city pumping station and went to bed apparently in the best of health. Not arising at his usual time, it was found that he had passed away peacefully in his sleep.

For the past fifteen years Mr. McIntyre has had charge of the pumping station of the city of Neillsville, and was faithful and competent in his work. He was a man of genial and kindly disposition and had many friends.

He is survived by his widow and four children, Marporie, Frederick, Harry and Patrick, all at home. One son, Clarence, died in early childhood.
