Wedekind, Mrs. Tillie (Marriage - 15 Nov. 1934)
Mr. Donald Armstrong of the town of York and Mrs. Tillie Wedekind of Neillsville were quietly married Thursday, Nov. 15, at the Methodist parsonage, Rev. P. B White officiating. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. John Mattson, the latter being a sister of the bride.
The groom is a prosperous farmer, residing a mile and half northeast of Granton. The bride is well known and highly respected here, having spent most of her life in this city.
They took up housekeeping at once at the groom’s farmhouse.
Tuesday night a shower was given in their honor at their home, at which there were twenty-one families in attendance. Many useful and beautiful gifts were presented.
