Strangfeld, Pauline (22 June 1913 - 6 June 2005)
NEILLSVILLE -Pauline Strangfeld, 91, of Neillsville died Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at the House of the Dove in Marshfield.
Services for Pauline will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 6, 2005, at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Globe. Interment will be in Neillsville City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday at Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.
Pauline was born June 22, 1913, in Mount Pulaski, Ill., the daughter of Lawrence and Margie (Carter) Tomlinson. On Oct. 6, 1932, she was united in marriage to Peter Strangfeld in Neillsville. They farmed in the town of Weston until 1950, when they moved to the town of Seif, where they farmed until 1972. Then they retired. Peter died in 1984.
She is survived by four sons, Robert Strangfeld, Fredricksburg, Va., Byrl Strangfeld, Neillsville, Arnold (Patricia H.) Strangfeld, Nekoosa, and Louis Strangfeld, Neillsville; 12 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
