I'm thrilled to find the obituary of William Charles! Is there any way I could obtain those of his parents, John and Lydia Charles? Lydia died 11 March 1898 in Neillsville and her husband the following day. Is there a tragic story here or just coincidence? If obits, are not available, how do I obtain their death records?
