Tolson, Alva (? - 27 Augl 1885)
Alva Tolson, who has lived in this community (Colby, Wis.) for the past eight or ten years as an honest upright citizen, passed from this world at 7 p.m., Thursday night. Mr. Tolson leaves a wife and several small children to mourn his sad departure. This is a sad surprise to us, as he had but two or three days before his death, engaged to clear ten acres of land for H. LaBossier. How soon the trials of this world are ended.
