Kudingo, Jennie (8 Oct. 1906 - 15 June 2005)

THORP -Jennie Kudingo, 98, of Thorp, died June 15, 2005, at Rosewood Villa Retirement Center in Thorp.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.

Thorp Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

She was born on Oct. 8, 1906, in Detroit, Mich., to Fred and Stella (Ickowski) Luchay. She married Steven Kudingo on Oct. 27, 1924. He preceded her in death on Aug. 6, 1979. They resided in Chicago where Jennie worked as a seamstress until moving to Thorp in the early 1950s. She then worked at the Stanley Corporation until her retirement. After retiring the couple lived on their farm north of Thorp.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
