Rensimer, Lillie (30 OCT 1862 - 6 OCT 1887)
Died, on the 6th of October, 1887, of Puerperal Fever, Mrs. Lillie, wife of John Rensimer of Duluth, Minn. Mrs. Rensimer was born at Taycheedah, Fond du Lac Co., Wis., Oct. 30, 1862. Her parents, Mrs. And Mrs. Dr. Stewart, moved to Unity, Clark Co., Wis., in 1874, since then deceased has resided at Unity, until last May. She was married to Mr. John Rensimer, Oct. 5, 1885. Her remains were brought to Unity for interment, and place by the side of her little brother Lynn. She left a little daughter two weeks old. The news of her sudden death spread a gloom over our whole community, she was educated here, and was a successful teacher, which had been her occupation since she was fifteen years of age, until she was married. In her death, Unity has lost one of its fairest daughters; and the bereaved husband a loving companion. Mrs. Minnie Scott and Miss Libbie Stewart, sister of the deceased, came down from Merinesco, to be present at the burial The bereaved relatives have the heartfelt sympathy of the whole community.
