Married, on Thursday, March 22nd, 1888, at the Lutheran Church in Mount Morris, Waushara Co., Wis., by Rev. A. L. Dahl, Mr. Eben D. Meritt of Rice Lake, and Miss Jennie R. Johnson of Mount Morris.

Many of our readers will recognize the above as two of Colby’s (Clark Co., Wis.) favorites, as they both resided here for some time, and they have not an acquaintance in the world but will join us in wishing them a long, happy and prosperous life. After the ceremony there was a large gathering of friends at the parental residence of the bride, to wish the happy couple God speed on their life journey. The presents were numerous, elegant and useful. After a week’s visiting among friends and relatives at Neenah, Menasha and Appleton they returned to Mount Morris, where the bride is to remain a couple of weeks before proceeding to her new home at Rice Lake, Wis.
